Custom order terms & conditions

When placing a custom order you will be able to fill in a short summary of what you require and we will contact you with regards to a quotation on price and arrange a draft design that you can then amend or accept.

Upon a final design being agreed in writing, a 50% deposit is required on all custom orders. This is to secure both your slot in the project calendar and all your materials. This deposit is not refundable (unless your project cannot be completed by The Enginarium and we have advised this in writing first). Your design cannot be modified once this agreement has been accepted.

Any images or logos supplied for custom projects are done so on the understanding the customer has all rights to do so. The Enginarium retains the right to use our own pictures of your finished item for advertising purposes.

Progress pictures will be available on request once your project has started.

Once the project is completed we will contact you to arrange delivery.

​

Refunds on custom orders will only be considered if the item is lost or damaged during transit. We do not accept any returns on custom items as these are bespoke.
