REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
Refunds on stocked items will only be considered if the item is lost, damaged, or not as described. Customers must contact us within 48hrs of notification/receiving the item if this is the case so we can resolve any issues.

Custom orders are unique to each customer and follow the terms in the custom order section. Refunds will only be considered if the item is lost or damaged.

Under extreme circumstances, we can request claims up to 28 days after delivery, after this point, we are unable to offer refunds under any circumstance.

Due to the nature of our products we will only accept returns on stocked items if damaged or not as described.
​
Return of goods must only be with prior contact and agreement, the customer is liable for the cost of return.
​
We do not accept any returns on custom items as these are bespoke.
